The simple answer: One. You can connect the service on multiple devices but only be able to view one connection at a time. Simultaneous connections will buffer constantly.
Howerver, you can order more devices by using the quantity feature when ordering.
Discovery8K offers you a 24h free trial. With this you can watch all the channels available on our IPTV packages: world live channels (unless specified), adult channels (unless specified “No adults”); movies and series V.o.D (Video on Demand).
After you create your account and are linked with our payment gateway via Stripe or Crypto, you will receive an email receipt with your credentials.
If you have your own media player or a box like Formular or MAG box then your credentials will include a m3u and epg playlist URL, an Xtream Code URL with username and password, or a MAG/Stalker mac address for you to enter into your device/player and instructions for both will be included along with a WhatsApp number to reach us if further installation/setup is needed/wanted.
OR.
You will receive links with “Downloader” codes for the app you chose with a username and password to log in. If you chose iMPlayer you will receive a Management code instead with a link to download the app on either Android or iOS. Instructions will also be provided along with a WhatsApp number to reach me at if further installation/setup is needed/wanted.
The simple answer: No.** Typically refunds are not available due to the fact that you should have received a 24 hour free trial. If you purchase a plan without a free trial, I am afraid there is still no refund. Once the credits are bought they cannot be returned. The system panel does not allow for credits to be returned. If you are unhappy with your service, the best I can do is switch you to a back up system.

** HOWEVER if you purchased a plan then changed your mind, wrote me an email at support@discovery8k.com before I create the account, then a refund is available to you with a surcharge of 3.5%, this is what Stripe will charge me and I can do nothing about it. Your money will be returned to you minus 3.5% of the total.
No. There is a fee of 3.4% that Stripe charges but I cover it. This fee is non-refundable however.
